The one thing that I said I wanted for Christmas this year was a new house… well, santa might not have delivered, but God sure did!!!! Got an accepted offer last night on our new house and I feel blessed beyond all measure! Everything that I’ve been praying for is coming together perfectly!! Brett and I closed on our first house this morning!! 🏠🍾 We had so many hoops to jump through to find our perfect home. Thank you to all that have been praying for us throughout this whole house hunting process as it has been a roller coaster. A big thank you to our wonderful realtor Amanda Christians. We've landed in New Hampshire, but I just wanted to take a minute to reflect on our journey and give a HUUUUGE shout out to Josh Ember and the entire The Ember Group of professionals. You all know I am a big DIY'r and I would be the first to argue FSBO to avoid paying commissions 😉 ... but after meeting Josh for the first time I knew I had to work with him.
As it turned out, Josh not only helped finish up the needed work, but sold the house not once, but twice (long story there ...) at full asking price. His team was ready to help at every turn and produced top-notch results (just look at the pictures!).
After all of this, we must say that Josh was not just our agent, but became our friend. We treasure our new-found relationship and will seek his council in all of our future endeavors. Josh and his team helped us avoid common mistakes during our remodel. Thanks to him, we went from an upstairs bedroom with a half bath to a full master suite and full bath, and added tons of value to our property!
Closing day today! Officially said goodbye to the little brick house we’ve called home for the last 5 years. A lot of blood, sweat, tears, growing, and a lot of great memories took place in that home. Thankful for what it has meant to our family! Can’t wait to fill the next one with love, laughter, children and all of my wife and kids’ junk. Peace out n550e!

Over the years my man has held many titles to me: realtor, designer, coach, teammate, mentor, bartender, etc. The title that is most important though, is FRIEND!
