This is a project that was near and dear to my heart, as this was my little brother’s home!  He was ready to upgrade to a bigger home, but his house had many older features that he had never had time to upgrade on his own, and we knew that for us to maximize the opportunity and find him the biggest upgrade possible, we had some work to do.

We started with a remodel which – of course – started in the kitchen with a complete and total remodel.  We also touched up the bathrooms and did a full exterior landscaping and walk-up redesign which made the property pop from the curb.  When all was said and done, we set the new neighborhood benchmark price for the property at the time!
